I'm hosting at 201 Miramar Boulevard tonight-
Directions:  Miramar Boulevard is off of Chenal Valley Circle, which makes a 5 mile loop, intersecting Chenal Parkway in two places..hence two directions...
(1) FROM I-630/Financial Center Parkway:  Come out Chenal Parkway past Bank of OZK to Chenal Valley Circle...LEFT (west) onto Chenal Valley Circle, then 2.9 miles to Miramont.  Right onto Miramont, then take the first (and only) left onto Miramar Boulevard.  201 Miramar BLVD is the 7th house on the right. White limestone columns, teak benches on porch...
(2) FROM CANTRELL/SH10:  West on Cantrell 7 miles from I-430 past Taylor Loop to Chenenceau (stop light) LEFT onto Chenenceau until it tees into Chenal Parkway.  LEFT onto Chenal Parkway, up the steep hill, about a mile; at the top of the hill RIGHT onto Chenal Valley Circle, then 1.9 miles to Miramont.  LEFT onto Miramont, the the next LEFT onto Miramar Boulevard.  201 Miramar Boulevard is the 7th house on the right

Tonight we are at 201 Miramar Boulevard, way out in West Little Rock, off of Chenal Valley Circle.

NOTE:  Chenal Valley Circle makes a half loop off of Chenal Parkway. Hence the two directions below...


From I 630/Financial Parkway/Chenal Parkway....come out west on Chenal Parkway, about a mile past Kroger, turn left onto Chenal Valley Drive.  Go 2.8 miles to Miramont Boulevard.  turn right onto Miramont, the 100 yards later turn left on Miramar Boulevard...201 is the 7th house on the right.

From Cantrell/Highway 10.  Come out Highway 10 about 7 miles from I-430///(about two miles past Taylor Loop)..Left onto Chenenceau.  Go about a half mile until Chenenceau tees into Chenal Parkway.  Go left onto Chenal Parkway up the big hill about a mile; at the top take the first right onto Chenal Valley Drive, go 1.8 miles to Miramont.  Left onto Miramont, then the first left onto Miramar, 7th house on the right..821-2221 or 590-4512..if you get lost.

Come out either Hwy 10 or Chenal Parkway, head west on Chenal Valley Drive.  NOTE:  Chenal Valley drive makes a half circle and connects with Chenal Parkway in two places.  IF you are coming off Hwy 10, turn left at Chenanceau, take a left onto Chenal Parkway, go up the steep hill, and then right onto Chenal Valley Drive.  1.8 miles to Miramont; left onto Miramont, then the first left onto Miramar.  201 is the 7th house on the right.   IF YOU ARE Coming from I-630/Financial Center/Chenal parkway, go past the big curve, head on past Bank of Ozark HQ...LEFT onto Chenal Valley Drive, go 2.8 miles then right onto Miramont.  Take the first left onto Miramar boulevard, 201 is the 7th house on the right.

Miramar Boulevard is off of Chenal Valley Drive (which makes a half circle off of Chenal Parkway heading west....because it is a half circle it intersects Chenal Circle twice..)

From Highway 10; turn left on Chenenceau (about a mile west of Taylor Loop...it will run into Chenal Parkway in about 3/4 mile...go left on Chenal Parkway, up the hill, turn right onto Chenal Valley Drive. 
go 1.8 miles, and turn left on Miramont.  the next left is Miramar Boulevard, 201 Miramar Boulevard is the 7th house on the right.

From Financial Center Parkway/Chenal...head around the curve, past Kroger and the Bank of Ozark HQ...the next left is Chenal Valley Drive; take a left onto CV Drive, go 2.9 miles and take a right onto Miramont...Go about 100 Yards and take a left onto Miramar...7th house on right..

From 630/Chenal parkway:  Come out Chenal parkway, past the Bank of Ozark building, turn left onto Chenal Valley Circle...go 2.9 miles to Miramont Boulevard, which is about 1/4 mile past Wildwood...turn right ont Miramont, go two blocks and then left onto Miramar Boulevard...201 is the 7th house on the right.

From Cantrell/Hwy 10.  Go out Cantrell, past Taylor loop abou a mile, left onto Chenenceau.  Continue on Chenenceau until it tees with Chenal Parkway...left onto Chenal Parkway, go up the big hill, and just at the top, take a right onto Cheal Valley Circle.  Go 1.8 miles to Miramont; left onto Miramont for two block, then left onto Miramar Boulevard.  201 Miramar Boulevard is the 7th house on the right.

NOTE: I am off of Chenal Valley Drive, which makes about a 5 mile half circle and intersects Chenal Parkway just past the Bank of Ozark HQ building, and again near FoxRidge retirement center.

From 630/Chenal Parkway; Come past Bank of Ozark, then left onto Chenal Valley Drive.  Go 2.9 miles, then right onto Miramont.  One block then left onto Miramar Boulevard, 201 Miramar Boulevard is the 7th house on the right.

From Hwy 10/Cantrell road.  From I-430 go about 4.5 miles (past Taylor Loop about a mile).  LEFT on Chenenceau; go until it tees into Chenal Parkway; Left onto Chenal Parkway, go up the big hill then Right onto Chenal Valley Drive.  Go 1.9 miles, then left onto MIramont; go one block then left onto Miramar Boulevard.  201 Miramar Boulevard is the 7th house on the right.

Directions:  NOTE:  Chenal Valley Drive makes a loop that connects with Chenal Parkway....so the directions from each end are different...

From Highway 10/Cantrell: Go 4.5 miles past I-430, about 2 miles past Taylor Loop, take a left onto Chenenceau Blvd, go about a mile until it tees into Chenal Parkway; go left (south) onto Chenal Parkway, to to the top of the hill; then turn RIGHT onto Chenal Valley Drive.  Go approx 1.9 miles, take a left onto MIRAMONT BLVD. Go 100 Yards, then LEFT ont Miramar Blvd.  201 Miramar is the 7th house on the right.

From Chenal Parkway:  Go out Chenal Parkway, past the Kroger, past BanK of Ozark to Chenal Valley

FROM HWY 10/Cantrell:  Come out Cantrell, about 4 miles west of I-430.  Left on Chenenceau (about a mile past Taylor Loop); Left onto Chenal Parkway; go one mile to the top of the hill, then RIGHT onto Chenal Valley Drive.  1.9 miles, the LEFT onto Miramont.  The first LEFT is Miramar Boulevard, we are the 7th house on the Right, light stone with teak benches on the front porch.

FROM FINANCIAL CENTER/CHENAL PARKWAY...come out Chenal Parkway, past the Promanade shopping Center then LEFT onto Chenal Valley Drive.  Go 2.9 Miles, then LEFT onto Miramont (it's about a mile past Wildwood Drive).  Miramar Boulevard is the first LEFT...we are the 7th house on the right, light colored stone with teak benches on the front porch.

From 630/Chenal Valley:  Go out Chenal Parkway, about a mile past the Kroger, or about 1/4 mile past Bank of Ozark you will come to Chenal Valley Drive.  Go LEFT (west) onto Chenal Valley Drive; go 2.8 miles, you will pass Wildwood coming in on the left, but keep going over the big hill, Miramont is just over the hill...Then RIGHT on Miramont.  100 yards then LEFT onto Mirmar Boulevard, 201 Miramar Boulevard is the  7th house on the right.

**From Highway 10- come 5 miles west of I -430 on Cantrell, left on Chenenceau
Go 1 mile until you hit Chenal Parkway; LEFT on Chenal Parkway
Go about a mile, up the hill, take the first RIGHT on Chenal Valley Drive
Go 1.8 miles, past 4 gated communities
Turn left on Miramont (ungated), then take the next LEFT onto Miramar Boulevard
201 Miramar blvd is the 7th house on the right, light colored stone, teak benches ont he front porch

**From I-630- come down Chenal Parkway, just past the Bank of Ozarks HQ building, take a LEFT onto Chenal Valley Drive.
Go 2.7 miles, you will eventually pass Wildwood Drive on the left, keep going; about 1/2 mile past Wildwood take a Right onto Miramont.  Take the first LEft onto Miramar Boulevard, 7th house on the right, light stone, teak benches on the front porch

Trading Post- Buy and sell Guitars / Guitar for sale

I am selling my 2002 Taylor K-14CE, koa/cedar.   Ebony headstock overlay, fingerboard and bridge.  Tortoiseshell plastic binding (even a bound soundhole).  Factory case in fine condition. This was Taylor's top guitar back then.  As ya'll know, this is an outstanding guitar, unlike any Taylor you ever played, deep, resonant sustain.  The koa back is 2 piece, outrageously flamed, sides are almost majestic...There are a few finish dinks in the top, but in general it is in mint condition.  I have replaced the crappy Matrix undersaddle pickup with a DTAR Soundspot NTX pickup, which, to my ear is as close to a wooden sound as you can find, and have also installed a bone compensated saddle. 

$2000, and a lifetime (mine) worth of setup and adjustments..

Miramar Boulevard is in Chenal, off of Chenal Valley Drive, which is a 5 mile long half circle on the west side of Chenal Parkway.
IF YOU ARE COMING OUT FROM CANTRELL/HWY 10, turn RIGHT off of Chenal Parkway onto Chenal Valley Drive at the top of the hill by Foxridge, and go 1.8 miles; turn left on Miramont; take the first left onto Miramar Boulevard, we are the 7th house on the right. 

IF YOU ARE COMING OUT FROM 630/FINANCIAL CENTER/turn LEFT on Chenal Valley Drive (about 1/4 mile past Chenal Promenade/Rahling Road; go 2.8 miles, take a right onto Miramont, then the first left onto Miramar Boulevard, we are the 7th house on the right.

Note; 201 Miramar is next door to 119 Miramar , don't get confused by that...so look for white limestone front porch with a teak bench on it.
