Jimmy Driftwood Memoribilia
« on: May 19, 2014, 08:40:36 AM »

Pickoids and Picketts,

I have in my possession  Jimmy Driftwood’s  handmade case that he carried his legendary guitar and banjo in on tour, a signed album, unpublished personal framed photo, a signed polaroid of him on stage with the two instrument cases I own. The second case is a true conversation piece also. If anyone knows of a true fan I would be willing to part with this great collection for cash or trade. Apparently someone just stored all this away and we purchased them at auction knowing there has to be someone that would love to have these pieces of folk music history.

Thanks,

Wendell Wade

Hey, Jimmy Driftwood stuff , really cool. Do you still have the guitar case? If so, how much do you want for it? I have an old wedge shaped supertone that was very similiar to Jimmy's handmade guitar.
