Charlie,

Be sure to add it to the calendar!  Click on the calendar link at the top of this screen.  Once the page has loaded look for a link at the bottom left that says "Add new event".  The rest should be pretty self explanatory.

And while you're out there please add dates for Rackensack!

Chris,

Thanks for the info on calendar postings. The fish fry wound up
posted for the 21st the first time(don't know how)and I don't know
how to delete it. Can you do it? Or tell me how?

If you have delete/edit access they will show up as icons to the right side of the screen.  I've deleted the one that was on the 21st.

As a side note, there's a quick way to tell what's coming up on the calendar.  Check out the bottom of the the main forum page (were all the topic catagories are listed).  There's a panel at the bottom of the page titled "Board Statistics". Along with other information is listed "Calendar Events within the next 14 days".  This is automatically updated with any event that falls within the next 14 calendar days.  If there's nothing on the calendar in that time frame the area will not be listed.  :)

Charlie,

Are you guys still pickin on the river?  I noticed the calendar item has gone away.  I doubt I will be able to make it but I wanted to make sure everyone else knew about it.

I'll be here if anyone comes to pick. Nobody confirmed
but who knows. Hope it's not as hot as it's been.

Charlie, and all: Hope the pickin went well.  Sorry, I couldn't make it , but did appreciate the reminder call.  Did get down to Old State House Sat. nite, for Sonny Burgess(opened by the guy who does "Arkansongs"- whose band is called =Bug Tussle Boys). Nice little event, and excellent exhibit in the Museum, on Ark. personalities from the music world. Don
