Hey gang...I'd like to go to the vacant property at 399 Mackenzie Lane built in 2005 and NICE.. I have permission from the owner and it would be a neat home to pick at..Just an ideal, 2500 sf with an open greatroom and kitchen area. Directions are ten miles on hwy 540 from downtown LR going toward Pine Bluff right Hwy 167 (Sheridan Exit) go two miles to right on Woodson Laterial 1 mile to left on Springlake Road 1/4 left into Springlake Acres...Home is last home on the Cul-de-sac . I would have signs out, very ez to find. What do you think..? would anyone be interested in that or is it to far..?
