Little Rock's award-winning Top of the Rock Chorus will knock your socks off with “Red Hot August Night, a stunning array of a cappella music, dynamic chorography and sparkling costumes on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 7 PM at Pulaski Academy Performing Arts Center, 12701 Hinson Road. The highlight of their performance will be their tribute to that beautiful doll, Barbie, celebrating her 50th birthday. Special guest performances will be by Miss Arkansas 1994, Beth Anne Rankin, and Flirt, an award-winning quartet from Dallas, Texas.
The chorus is partnering this year with the American Heart Association. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit this charity and in return, the American Heart Association is offering ticket holders a wellness clinic beginning at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $20.00 for general admission, $17.50 for seniors and $15.00 for students.
