Pass University and take the first left on Normandy. Bear left on Normandy Rd. Take the second left on Pine Manor Dr. and, at the bottom of the hill, bear left on Ranch Valley Drive. #12 is on the left.

Go north on University. Turn left at the light at Evergreen. Take the second right on Ranch Valley Rd. #12 is the tenth (last) house on the right before the Yield Sign at Pine Valley Dr.
