From south 430....stay in the far right lane as you exit 430 toward Texarkana loop around and cross back over the freeway....now you're on Mabelvale West.
Come up behind Southwest Hospital.....turn right at the John Deere Dealership..Otter Creek East Blvd....actually the street runs South....(I think it's indicative of LR planning) ... go two blocks...turn Right on Otter Creek South Road....which actually runs West...(see above---obviously they have no sense of direction for the city or the streets) ... ART is the second building on the right.
