The ROOT Cafe will be hosting a Fall Harvest Celebration at the Allsopp Park Pavilion on Saturday, October 4th at 6pm. Here's what we'll have going on:
Contra Dance--6 pm (no experience or partner necessary; very fun and kid-friendly)
Potluck--7:15ish (Ed Martsolf from Petit Jean Farm to roast a lamb; odd numbered addresses bring a vegetable or salad, even addresses bring a fruit or dessert)
Rootbeer Floats--8pm (Diamond Bear rootbeer, homemade ice cream)
Acoustic Music Jam--8:30 to 10:00 (bring your instruments, drums, spoons, etc.)
Admission is a suggested $10 donation, with kids 16 and under free. Thank you all for the great support you've already given us, and we look forward to seeing you October 4th.
